You can. Though, you will need a power converter so your xbox doesn't blow up when plugged into the american power points. European/Anerican games will not work unless the game was region free (which hardly any games have) and i'm not sure about the english language

Your going to need a power converter so that system will work with the U.S power ports. Only region free games will work, games specifically designated for U.S use will not work on a foreign system.
