youll need a power adapter and you can play the games made there because the ps3 blu ray disc used for games is universal

If you bought a ps3 in HK the ps3 there is 220V and it an NTSC/Asia and it can play USA games so you be able to play usa, asia, japan games but not UK it on B/2 region for blu-ray disc the region of USA, ASIA and JAPAN is on A/1 region of Blu-Ray Disc.

no and no mabye just get lots of games from china and get that plug that is english and chinese
