You can't. Domestic helpers are not eligible for skilled employment immigration.

If this is the only qualification you hold ? There will not be any opportunities for you to find employment in Canada.

A domestic helper? Is that like a maid? You wont get any immigration visa with that job. Maids are NOT in demand in Canada Now if you are a caregiver - if you are looking after babies and young children or the elderly - then you MIGHT be able to get a job and a visa, but you will still have to qualify with all the required education and experience. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/caregiver/index.asp

what i mean is i am neither chinese or hong kong resident, i want to have a job in hong kong, what is the requirements? is it hard to obatain the visa?, work visa especially

It is quite hard to get a working visa to HK since the government has a policy of prioritizing their citizens. It can be a long process, but it's not impossible. The best way to get one is to find an employer first. They are the ones who will then sponsor you and file the application for the working visa. The ILO establishes a general minimum age of 15 years, provided 15 is not less than the age of completion of compulsory schooling. This is the most widely used yardstick when establishing how many children are currently working around the world.
