Looking for work in Hong Kong without speaking Cantonese

Looking for work in Hong Kong without speaking Cantonese?
I am a qualified accountant and am looking to move to Hong Kong in mid Feb this year and am currently searching for work, however, I do not speak Cantonese and all the appropriate jobs that I find online require this. Does anyone know of some websites with jobs for English speakers? Thanks for any help!

Unfortunately all the accountant positions in Hong Kong require good command of English and Mandarin, or Good command of English and Cantonese !!! There are opportunities available, though they might be limited to senior positions - where Cantonese/Mandarin isn't a prerequisite. To start your search, try www.jobsdb.com.hk, or even www.classifiedpost.com.You could even try the black and white section of HK Magazine. They usually have a good listing of expat jobs.

Anything just have a person that can speak English and cantonese next to you when you work LOL!

Can I enter Hong Kong on a tourist visa and then later apply for a work visa

Can I enter Hong Kong on a tourist visa and then later apply for a work visa?
I am a British citizen looking to live and work in Hong Kong next year. I am entitled to spend six months as a tourist without a visa. Would it be possible for me to enter HK as a tourist, look for a job there, and then try to get a work visa once I'd been offered a job?

No. Im not even sure if it will work.there are different formats of games for different countries. and ebay is stupid :b Nevermind. I though ps3 games weren't region free because ps2 ones were. But that doesn't mean I'm an idiot.
2 :
papahet is wrong at least 99% of PS3 games are region free meaning you can play any game from any country on your English PS3 or American PS3 etc... there are some games that are region locked though(like Demon's Souls that you would have to buy the game that matches your region).
3 :
of course they would, don't listen to the idiot above or below me.. lol. ps3 games are region free, meaning all ps3 games of different regions will work, just like the old school Gameboy Games. :D However, DVD's, ps2, (if compatiable), and ps1 games ar NOT region free. You will need a system of the region. Im not sure about the subtitles and the english case... the game is from a different region.. remember, English in not a universal language.. but it's getting thier so you maybe surprised. :D

it will if you have a hdtv and a hdmi cable if you have these any game from anywhere in the world will work only some games work if you have a sdtv

yes i buy them online because some are cheaper

CDs work just fine. I've lived in USA, India, & UK, purchased CDs from all of the countries and they work fine everywhere. CDs don't have the region encoding like DVDs do. Purchase as many as you want!

Where have you been living? Somewhere in the remote places in New Zealand? CD's will definitely work no matter where they came from, just download it off itunes or something, it's far more convenient.

yes, i never knew that thing about the dvds though...
