most probably no, because its locked to the service provider u bought it from ,u will need to crack it to make it work anywhere but u lose ur warranty

Hi, You could by a phone from anywhere in the world and use it in the Philippines. The phone itself will work anywhere but you would have to put a sim card in to use it for calls.
