If you are non-HK citizens and don't konw how to go to Travel agency, you can go to the website www.zuji.com.hk or www.priceline.com.hk Sometimes you can check in the www.dragonair.com.hk, they provide special offer tickets to Taipei occasionally. However, dragonair is a little bit more expensive than others due to its brand name.

Around HKD1,200. Suggest to purchase a package of flight + hotel. The price is around HKD2,500 for 3 days and 2 nights. Cathy Pacific Airlines has more than 10 times flight a day to Taipei. You could check out if there is any bargain tickets.
