I had read where before I can get Visa for My Philippine Girlfriend to come in to USA I need some proof I know her and would just a photo in Hong Kong do or do I need more like a Phone of her and Me in Philippines. Is there a way I can get her a visa with out Me seeing her fist?

You can apply for a K1 visa which would allow her to come to the US for the wedding however, you must have met in person within two years and have proof of an ongoing relationship.
