Why not? Hong Kong is a nice place and welcome different kinds of culture ppl to come. Why do u want to live and work in HK?

Sure you can, but you need to be able to get a work permit which enables you to work and live in Hong Kong with the proper visa, and to get a work permit, you first need a job. Most jobs are protected meaning they are only available to Hong Kong citizens, but depending on your experience and skills there are many jobs available, especially with foreign multinational companies. Sure you can.Hong Kong is a very unique place.You'll never regret it.

You need a letter of invitation from an employer and a work visa in order to work there. You also need a medical exam after arriving.

apply for Hong Kong permanent resident card (it's required if you live in Hong Kong as a resident) and/or work permit.
