I heard that there are 1000 opened space each year, but so far only around 300 or so got approved since it launched. But you can give a try in Hong Kong since Hong Kong got what you want to do and it is very entertaining when have time discovering the city and look at its modern infrastructure compare to the US. And Im glad that you get to know this piece of news because there are only a small number of people who knows it. Hong Kong is thirsty for talents and Im sure you will have a great career in Hong Kong with the talent you have because they are looking for talent to help improve Hong Kong's competitiveness. Hong Kong got what you need. with very modern transportation network so you won't get lost when you travel through the city. Here is the website of information about the program if you need more info: http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/QMAS.htm
