I recently graduated from a US university with a finance degree. I have had a tough time getting jobs or interviews here in the USA because 90% of the openings automatically won't consider anyone without a citizenship or a green card. I lived in China for some years and was wondering what the visa rules are there. Is it the same situation there for foreigners? Thanks!

Same as anywhere else. You need a job, a visa and a work permit.
